Dray Consultancy was formed in 2004 as a vehicle for providing IT services and solutions,
specifically in the CRM sector.
In 2009 the company was expanded and joined by a number of industry specialists
from Siebel and Microsoft.
Having worked in the Automotive and Financial Services sector for CRM vendors and
CRM partners in the UK, the current crack squad came together to provide CRM consultancy
services targeted at clients who want to transform and simplify the way they do
business with customers.

"Myself and Shaun met each other when we joined Siebel in 2001 riding the first
wave of CRM innovation in the UK with companies such as SAAB and the RAC. Following
this we set up a Consultancy focused on Microsoft Exchange and Outlook based CRM
solutions for the SME market in 2003 and have worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
since then.
We joined the Microsoft Dynamics CRM party early in 2003 as we could see it's potential.
Having implemented one of the very first CRM V1.0 implementations in the UK in 2004
we decided that this market would take a while to warm up.
After working directly for Microsoft and Right Now technologies we believe the time
is right to bring our skills to the market to assist customers in an honest and
straightforward manner utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM as the patform"
